How Do I Book an Appointment?

We require a cleaning deposit of $75.00 via SquareUp plus processing and a 5% service fee.

Deposit is due the time of booking your appointment and we ask that if any changes or cancelations be made within 48 hours prior to your show time. 

Your $75.00 deposit will be deducted from the total cleaning bill. Processing fees are easily avoidable in 2020, if you use Zelle we can request payment with just your phone number!

What about a Cleaning Guarantee?

We guarantee our work. If you are not able to do a walkthrough of the home with your cleaners after finishing we allow you 24 hours to inspect and approve of our work!

What's up with the fees?

They suck. We know.. If a credit card is your go to just know that we do not take credit card information over the phone ever but instead ask that you pay the invoice the same as the deposit.

There is a 5% service fee on every bill to ensure you never have to worry about the use of top quality cleaning products and equipment in your home. Remember, you never have to worry about catch-penny products or results!

Can I get an Estimate?

If you fill out a contact form anywhere on this website someone will call you and go over the information in order to best give you a time frame estimation of completion.

Because we are an hourly service we cannot guarantee completion of our 40 point checklist in a set time which is why we can provide you with a time frame estimate.

We never estimate a final cost as we never know how long it will take until we get there!

We have flat rate pricing for apartments and homes under 1000 sqft. Anything over 1000 sqft we are an hourly deep cleaning service with a 4 hour minimum appointment.

Using a Bissell Big 10 Commercial Carpet Cleaning machine to extract tough odors and most stains from carpets and carpeted stairs using a handheld machine.

From cob webs to windows we hand wipe all surfaces to include any cabinetry and leaf blow loos debris from the area for a clean and fresh feel.

Sanitized and disinfected shelves and every area you see and don't inside of the fridge and freezer to include moving it and getting above, and behind/under!

There has not been an oven we are not able to get brand new looking. Have you got n oven you think would make us meet our match? Challenge accepted!

WINDOW WASHING
+ add  $3.00 PER WINDOW

Newer windows will fold inward allowing us to clean all sides of the glass. If they do not we can only guarantee windows on the first floor. When we deep clean windows we will open and get the tracks and ledges thoroughly cleaned out from all debris. What you're left with are brand new looking windows, it just takes a little extra time if these are really dirty!
