How we do things...
We require a $75.00 deposit to book an appointment. Cancelations/rescheduling must be requested 48 hours prior to scheduled date of service to avoid non-reversal of deposit. ANY area over 1000 sqft will require a 4-hour MINIMUM to book our cleaners, thank you for understanding we do not hop around to 4 jobs per day each consisting of an hour or two here and there. Instead we are committed to getting your place fully, deep cleaned and this takes some time, which is why we have minimums in place to ensure we can provide you with the absolute best satisfaction possible! ANY area over 2000 sqft will require a 6-hour MINIMUM to complete our deep clean checklist in your home. Any area larger than 3000 sqft is due to have more everything to wipe by hand; from baseboards, to walls, corners, cabinets, ceiling fans, windows, and this typically can require anywhere from 6-9 hours to ensure a complete said checklist. We always honor a military discount of 10% with ID and we extend that honor to our local hero's meaning first responders too save 10%, thank you guys/gals!
